Verification and trust
Trust you can check
We believe trust has to be earned and shown. This page explains how we check partners, what TradeOS records, and what we do not do.
What our team checks
- 01Company identity and registration information provided by the company
- 02Contact persons and their authority to act for the company
- 03Product information, and certificates or permits where the market requires them
- 04References and history of previous work, where available
We tell both sides what we have confirmed and what we could not confirm. A review is not a guarantee.
What TradeOS records
- Role-based access
- Each user acts as vendor, buyer or administrator, and sees only what that role allows.
- Company-separated data
- One company cannot read another company's records.
- Document history
- Documents keep their versions, upload time and a file fingerprint, so changes are visible.
- Audit trail
- Key administrative and financial actions are logged with who did them and when.
What we do not do
- We do not hold client funds. Payments go between the parties or through licensed institutions.
- We do not guarantee a counterparty's performance.
- We do not issue product certifications or regulatory approvals.
- We do not act as a customs broker. Licensed providers handle customs work.
